We can design your dream piece of jewellery and have it produced within 48hours.

We offer detailed valuations of your new jewellery items, meaning that you can add them to your insurance policies with absolute ease. For our foreign guests, we provide all the correct documentation to ensure that your VAT reclaim and refund process is handled efficiently and with ease. Don’t forget that African Gem & Jewels also offers the services of a complimentary shuttle to and from the store, by prior arrangement.

As we deal with clients in a very private and professional manner, we strive to ensure that education remains a key component, thereby all clients are afforded a detailed insight and overview of diamonds and tanzanite, with detailed information shared to ensure that our clients make informed purchases with attention being paid to specific needs.
